this hotel had a good location for walking. i walked to the market and nearby restaurants. the room i had was clean and spacious, with an adequate layout. the breakfast offered a wide variety of items and i ate there for four days.
The refrigerator in my room was quite loud. I had to unplug it at night to sleep.

the double room featured two twin beds pushed together, good storage, and a small desk, i find it practical for organizing belongings. the room was always neat thanks to the diligent housekeeping service.

the staff were helpful with directions and local recommendations. check-in was efficient with minimal wait, and requests were addressed promptly, so i had a very smooth experience when i spoke with the hotel employees.

the hotel benefits from its central position, i could easily reach several points by foot. there is also a bus stop across the street that provides easy transport to various destinations across the city, which helps a lot.

breakfast had a good selection with fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. i saw a gym on the premises though i didn't use it myself, but it appears to be a complete space for exercise, from my perspective.

I found the breakfast buffet to be extensive and of good quality. the staff was very attentive. They quickly addressed any requests i had. the hotel's location is central, near the promenade. early check-in allowed me to start exploring sooner.
the ground floor room i had offered limited natural light, due to a small window facing the building's back facade, i found this a minor inconvenience.

the personnel was friendly and accommodating, assisting with requests promptly. the online check-in process made arrival efficient, minimizing wait times at the front desk. early check-in was particularly useful and convenient.

The room featured a walk-in shower, along with shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and cream. This was much appreciated. a hairdryer and a safe were present too. the beds were comfortable.

the hotel is close to public transport options including buses and trams, a great asset. the availability of free tea and coffee in the foyer was a plus. there is a lift, that's good.

I found the location very convenient. I easily walked to the beach and other attractions. The staff offered helpful directions to a nearby public car park, where I received discounted rates. I asked for a kettle, and it was in the room with complimentary water upon my arrival, which I appreciated! The room's soundproofing kept it quiet despite the busy street.
The hotel had no bar. Only a vending machine was available.

the location was quite good. it was close to the market and within walking distance of the main sights.
the air conditioning in my room did not work upon arrival. initially, the staff seemed not to believe me when i reported this issue. after complaining for 45 minutes, they reluctantly agreed to inspect the room. i was moved to another room, but it was at the end of a corridor was great.
